Aluminum Drain Blocks are placed under exterior installed base shoe moulding to provide adequate drainage. One drain block should be placed under each mounting hole. This block is sized at 2-1/2" x 2-3/4" x 1/4" and has one 7/16 hole designed for surface mounting. Works with all Wagner-supplied shoe moulding
